Those submissions are stored on this website so we can respond to them, and are also sent to us by email. We keep them for as long as they are useful to the enquiry and delete them when they are not.

From the platform: the customer data you choose to store in your CherryBerry environment, and operational records of how your users access it.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Form submissions are used to reply to your enquiry and, where relevant, to arrange a demonstration. We do not add you to a marketing list from a contact form without asking.

Platform data is processed to provide the service to you. Within your environment, you decide who can see what. See our user management controls.

Data you put into CherryBerry belongs to you. You can export it in standard formats at any time through the import and export module, and you can ask us to delete it when your engagement ends.

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies of its own. The map on our contact page is embedded from Google Maps, which sets its own cookies when the page loads.
